Generally bespoke mezzanine floors require a specific design and no two floors are the same, moreover it is dependant on the size of the structure. Mezzanine floors in the region of 25-50m2 would cost around £150+vat per m2 and structures around 50-100m2 could be £125+vat per m2. Most larger structures could be priced in the region of £80-100+vat per m2 as a guideline.
