We were approached by the owner of a high end carpentry company which specialise in renovating luxurious properties in the London area for the famous, rich and wealthy. The landlord recently renovated the warehouse, so we had to take extra care when manoeuvring the steel work around on the forklift to avoid scratching the newly painted floor.
Our client was up sizing from a smaller unit and the main objective of this project was to increase their available floor space in the new unit. The mezzanines were designed to accommodate for a new office and a showroom for products and finishes. With the original ground floor the client now had space for a new 200m2 workshop where their carpentry craft would be executed.
Although many other competitors quoted for the mezzanine floor, we were told that our professional manor, responsive customer service and an affordable quotation made us stand out from the rest. The floor was designed and fabricated in Poole and then delivered by lorry to Hayes where our experienced fitters offloaded the structure in component form before commencing with the three day installation. By coincidence there was another mezzanine floor being installed next door and we received many of comments regarding the speed and quality of our installation process.
Once the mezzanine was installed and handed over to the new owner, he shared his vision with us on the floor plan layout of the partitions and the finishes to be used. I did not take long for his workforce to begin works on the interior fit out including plumbing and electrics.
Being perfectly positioned in Poole near Bournemouth in Dorset, we cover the South of the United Kingdom for mezzanine floors and interiors. Only a few hours from London, Reading and Bristol. We fabricate the steel work to CE standards in house and transport by lorries to your site.
